Terms & Conditions

Please take the time to read all our policies as clarity, communication and understanding will ensure that we are always on the same page and achieving the best outcome possible.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, it is very important that you let us know as soon as you become aware that you are unable to attend. Appointment times are highly valuable and we must reserve all available spots for patients who require a booking.

Fees are to be paid in full prior to or immediately after seeing your therapist. In the event of electronic network failure, full payment is still expected on the day of consultation.
If you are paying using a private health fund or medicare, you may only claim benefits that are assigned to you. You will under no circumstance be able to claim benefits that belong to other people (e.g. Spouse).

Clients who miss an appointment entirely will be charged the consultation fee in full.
Clients who arrive late to an appointment may receive a shorter consultation.

It is expected that if you cannot keep an appointment, that you notify us as soon as possible by calling the practice and leaving a message if it is after hours.
If less than 6 hours notice is given, the full consultation fee will apply.
These policies apply to all clients irrespective of their method of funding (e.g. Workcover). In the case of compensable clients who have been permitted to bulk bill their consultation fees, cancellations and missed appointments must be paid separately by themselves and cannot be bulk billed.
